TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

1. Subject of the contract

The monthly subscription includes the delivery of one postcard per month.
Postcards cannot be returned.

2. Contract duration and cancellation

• The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period
• Monthly billing takes place on the same calendar day as the subscription start date
  (e.g. if the subscription is started on the 11th of a month, billing will occur on the 11th of each following month)
• The subscription may be cancelled at any time without notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• After cancellation, no further charges will be made

3. Payment

• Payment is made monthly in advance
• The subscription fee is automatically charged on the billing date
• In the event of a failed payment, the subscription may be paused or suspended

4. Exclusion of the right of return

Postcards that have already been shipped cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are individually designed.

5. Right of withdrawal

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the subscription from the date of contract conclusion.
The right of withdrawal expires for postcards that have already been shipped.
